It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? #23

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? is a weekly meme hosted by Sheila at Book Journey meant to highlight books you read in the past week, and what you’re planning on reading this week.

I’m at a point where I’ve been reading a bunch of books at once, and not really finishing. I think my eyes are bigger than my … eyes. Anyhow, I’m also gearing up to start posting a Halloween-related book a day for each day in October. I’m hoping people will enjoy getting into the spirit of Halloween all month long, and will find some books they want to read themselves! Stop by on Saturday if you’re interested.

Finished:
Dead End in Norvelt by Jack Gantos
The Butterfly Clues by Kate Ellison
Bedbugs by Ben H. Winters

Beginning/continuing to read:
Witchlanders by Lena Coakley (whenever it comes in to the library)
The Pumpkin Man by John Everson

I hope to finish this week:
The Last Werewolf by Glen Duncan (audiobook)
Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor

Witchlanders sounds like a good title, it reminds me of Outlander and that is always a positive connection!

  2. I will definitely be popping back by- I am so ready for October and Halloween! I wanted to read only scary, Halloween type books in October, and then realized I I couldn’t think of enough to last me the month! I am looking forward to some recommendations.

    Witchlanders sounds interesting!

  3. I have Witchlanders, hoping to read it soon. Bed Bugs is suppose to be really interesting. Have a great reading week.

  4. Every time I go to a book shop I pick up Witchlanders but I still haven’t gotten it yet. I must remedy this. Happy Reading!
