It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? is a weekly meme hosted by Sheila at Book Journey meant to highlight books you read in the past week, and what you’re planning on reading this week.
I’m down to eight books left to read to reach my goal of 150 for the year! The week before Christmas is out for reading, since my dad and kid sister will be visiting me, so I really have about 2 weeks to get the reading done. Bring it on!

The Passage by Justin Cronin (audiobook) — I have about 18 more hours to go on this one! I feel like the story could use some editing, since it tends to ramble.

I saw Paper Valentine on NetGalley and I thought it looked interesting. I will have to check back for your review to see what you thought of it! All of the books you finished sound like stories I would read, I will have to check them out, especially Eleanor and Park.

So far I’m liking Paper Valentine. There’s a ghost, plus a serial killer, so I’m intrigued.
Oh I have The Passage on Mt TBR. I have only heard good things about it and the next book The Twelve.

I have The Twelve on standby for whenever I can finish the first book.
The ramblings in The Passage was one of the reasons I couldn’t get into it. I would recommend The Strain trilogy by Guillermo del Toro and Chuck Hogan.
Yup, read The Strain trilogy and enjoyed it
Still, to me nothing beats a good Stephen King book, like The Stand.
